主要研究方向

传统发酵食品微生物资源开发与利用：

（1）利用纯培养技术及组学技术对微生物多样性的研究

（2）原核微生物基因组、遗传多样性分析

（3）功能微生物的发酵应用研究

教学情况

主讲本科生课程《食品微生物》、《食品添加剂》、《现代食品检测技术》、《食品微生物学实验》；研究生课程《高级食品微生物学》。
