于振，男，副教授，硕士生导师，山东省聊城市人，工学博士（中国农业大学），中共党员，食品科学与工程系教师。

本科生：《食品微生物学》、《粮油食品微生物检验实验》、《食品安全与质量控制》

发酵食品功能微生物资源挖掘与利用；

功能性发酵食品开发

科研情况

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等国家和省部级课题3项，市厅级2项，参与国家自然科学基金项目3项。发表SCI论文20余篇，申请发明专利10余件，担任Food Bioscience、Frontiers in Nutrition、Environmental Technology & Innovation、Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering等期刊审稿人。
