于振，男，山东聊城人，工学博士（2019年毕业于中国农业大学），副教授，食品科学与工程系教师。

发酵食品功能微生物资源挖掘与利用，藻类功能性食品开发

主持国家自然科学基金面上科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目等省部级及以上项目3项，市厅级项目2项，参与国家自然科学基金项目3项。发表SCI论文20余篇，申请发明专利10余件，担任Journal of Food Processing and Preservation、Frontiers in Nutrition等期刊审稿人。
